Return Process

  Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, ensuring they are in the same condition as when they arrived with all tags attached.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, noting the reason for return to help us improve our service.

• 3.
  Post the Package

  Affix the return shipping label and drop your parcel off at any local post office or designated courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
